FAQ's

Q. Can the hypnotist make me do something against my will or reveal my
secrets?

A. Absolutely not. Hypnosis is not mind control. You are always in control
of your own mind at all times. You will always be aware of everything
that is taking place or being said and can come out of hypnosis at anytime
on your own.

Q: Can I have trouble coming out of hypnosis?

A. No. Some people may choose to stay in hypnosis simply because of how comfortable and
relaxed they feel while in the hypnotic state. Even so, you will always come out of
hypnosis whether you come out of it naturally or when the hypnotherapist guides you
out of hypnosis when the session is finished.

Q. Can I be hypnotized?

A. Yes, anyone can be hypnotized. The only people who have difficulty going into
hypnosis are people who do not want to, or who have a fear about it. Your hypnotherapist
will be able to answer any questions you have and alleviate any concerns or fears.

Q. How does hypnosis feel?

A. Hypnosis feels different to everyone and often feels different from one session to the next so
trying to describe the experience is difficult at best. Most people feel very relaxed and
rejuvenated after a hypnotic session. It is a very enjoyable experience for the body,
mind and spirit.

There are many more questions that have been asked about hypnosis. As we educate the public
about what hypnosis is and what it can be used for, more and more people around the world are
feeling more comfortable turning to hypnosis for relief. They are gaining freedom and happiness
in their lives as they become more self empowered to change the things they want to change.

Please feel free to call with any other questions you may have. Consultations are always free.
